The long-term importance of Social Media to organisations is, in reality, an unknown. However all indications are that it will become an integral part of every organisation’s communication mix over the coming years. ‘Social Media Strategy & Engagement’ looks at Social Media from two aspects:
Strategy - Unless Social Media can contribute to an organisation’s development it is nothing more than pointless babble. The workshop explains the importance of developing a Social Media strategy that will contribute to your organisation’s strategic objectives.
Engagement – How might Social Media be deployed to maximise its benefit to the organisation? Where should Social Media be engaging with the organisations audience (both internal and external), to ensure that the desired message is being delivered? The workshop has participants examine how they can employ Social Media to achieve their organisation’s strategic objectives.
